3. Passport
   • Must have a validity of more than six months.
4. Birth Certificate
   • Both parents’ names and the applicant’s name must exactly match those in the passport.
5. Translation
   • All supporting documents in foreign languages must be officially translated into English.
6. Affidavit of Name
   • Required if the name on the birth certificate differs from the passport.
7. Marriage/Divorce Document
   • Provide if the applicant is married or divorced.
8. Bank Statements
   • Valid statements from the applicant or parents.
   • Funds should be at least one day old and documents should not be older than three months.
9. Submission Timeline
   • Submit all documents at least four weeks before the course commencement date.
