Student Pass Visa Application

Documents required for Student visa in Singapore:

• 4 Passport size photographs on a white background.
• ICA‐IMM16 Form: Applicant’s signature MUST match with passport.
• ICA‐V36 Form: To declare all applicants’ educational and working history. To submit all supporting documents. All gaps to be filled.
• Applicant’s Passport: Expiry date must be more than 6 months.
• All supporting documents in foreign languages MUST be officially translated into
English. 

Applicant’s Birth Certificate:

Both parents’ names & applicant’s name must be spelt exactly the same as the names shown in the applicant’s passport.

• Affidavit of Name (if the applicant’s name in BC differs from the passport).
• Applicant’s Marriage/Divorce Document (if married/divorced).
• Applicant/Parent’s Valid Bank Statement/s:
                   Diploma ‐ Rs. 10 Lakhs, PG Diploma ‐ Rs. 10 Lakhs
                   Bachelors ‐ Rs. 20 – 28 Lakhs, Masters ‐ Rs. 20 – 22 Lakhs
• One-day-old funds will also be sufficient and Bank documents must not be issued more than 3 months before.

Students must submit full documents preferably 4 weeks before the course commencement date.

• University/ College will lodge student pass application electronically with ICA (Immigration
& Checkpoint Authority)
• Associate to ensure student signs on every single page of both the Student Contract &
Advisory Note. Associate to scan back to us scanned copy of signed documents.
• It will take 3‐4 weeks to process the student pass application.
• Once the application is successful ICA issues an approval letter.
• After receiving the approval letter student has to pay 1st instalment of tuition fees.
• After receiving payment University will issue an IPA letter.
• University generally allows one one-week extension in case of delay in Visa.

IPA letter is valid for 10‐15 days.
• The student can book his ticket and can reach Singapore on the basis of IPA.
• After reaching Singapore, the student needs to do a medical check-up. The student can do the same
from India or from Singapore.
• After submitting the Medical check‐up report along with all the original documents to ICA, ICA will
issue a student pass.
